Privacy Policy

Mainline Dispatch is operated by Lead Control Media LLC.

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to two groups of people:

  • Plumbing business owners who hire us to answer their inbound calls (our "customers").
  • Callers who reach a plumbing business that uses our service.

If you are a caller, the business you tried to reach is our customer. We process your information on their behalf so they can respond to your service request.

What we collect

From callers

  • Your phone number (captured automatically when you call)
  • Your name, address, and service request details (what you tell our AI agent during the call)
  • A recording and/or transcript of the call, used to extract the details above and to retain proof of any SMS opt-in consent given during the call
  • If you opt in to SMS, your mobile number, the time and source of consent, and the exact opt-in script you heard

From customers

  • Business contact details (name, business name, email, phone)
  • Billing information, processed by our payment provider
  • Information you provide while configuring or using the service

How we use it

  • To answer inbound calls and deliver the details to the business you reached
  • To send SMS messages, only to recipients who have opted in — see our SMS Program for the full opt-in flow, sample messages, and program details
  • To retain audit records of SMS consent as required by the TCPA and CTIA guidelines
  • To provide, maintain, and improve the service
  • To communicate with customers about their account and the service
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms

Who we share with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only in these cases:

  • With the plumbing business you called. Passing the call details to the business is the whole point of the service.
  • With service providers that help us operate, including telephony and SMS providers (such as Twilio), voice AI providers, and payment processors. These providers are bound by contract to use the information only to perform services for us.
  • For legal reasons if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
  • In a business transfer. If Lead Control Media LLC is acquired or merged, information may transfer to the successor entity, subject to this policy.

Mobile information and SMS data — strict no-sharing commitment

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

This means: phone numbers, mobile numbers, SMS opt-in consent records, audit timestamps, the source of consent, and any related data tied to the SMS program are never sold, rented, leased, traded, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties with access to this data are (a) Lead Control Media LLC, (b) service providers strictly necessary to deliver the SMS messages (such as our telephony carrier), and (c) regulators or courts when legally required.

How long we keep it

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and dispatch records for as long as needed to provide the service, support customers, and meet legal or business requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

SMS consent audit records are retained for the duration of the recipient's enrollment plus a minimum of four (4) years thereafter, in alignment with TCPA recordkeeping guidelines.

Your choices

  • Stop SMS: Reply STOP to any text message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages.
  • Get help: Reply HELP to any text message, or email us at the address below.
  • Access, correction, deletion: Contact us at the email below to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to legal and operational limits.
  • State privacy rights: Residents of California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.

Children

Mainline Dispatch is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. SMS recipients must be 18 or older. If you believe a child has used the service, contact us and we will delete the information.

Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will be communicated to customers through reasonable means, such as email or in-product notice.
