Mainline Dispatch SMS — service notifications

How you opt in

Opt-in is collected verbally on the phone. At the end of every inbound call to (858) 434-5160, our AI agent reads this script word-for-word and waits for a "yes" before adding the caller's mobile number to the SMS list:

"Before we go — as part of this service, I can send you up to 5 text messages about your service request: a summary of this call, appointment confirmations, and dispatch updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Would you like to receive those texts?"

We only send SMS if the caller affirmatively says yes. Silence, ambiguity, or "no" results in no SMS being sent.

How we capture and store proof of consent

For every opted-in caller, we retain the following audit record:

  • Call recording or transcript containing the verbal opt-in script and the caller's affirmative response
  • Timestamp of the consent (date, time, time zone)
  • Mobile number the consent applies to
  • Inbound number called (the source of the opt-in)
  • The exact script version read by the AI agent at the time of consent

Consent records are retained for the duration of our relationship with the caller plus a minimum of four (4) years thereafter, in alignment with TCPA recordkeeping guidelines. Consent records are available on request for compliance verification.

What we send

  • Call summary after your inbound call
  • Service request confirmation
